<br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-143 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PUD FINAL PLAN/FINAL PLAT <br />FOR WATERMARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City received an application for PUD Final Plan/Final Plat approval for <br />Watermark hereafter referred to as “Development”; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City staff has completed a review of the proposed “Development” based on <br />the following plans and information: <br /> <br /> Irrigation Plan prepared by Carlson McCain date stamped September 10, 2018 <br /> Site Landscape Plan date stamped September 10, 2018 <br /> Watermark Final Plan Sheets 1-6 date stamped September 10, 2018 <br /> Construction Plans for Turn Lanes Sheets 1-7 date stamped May 11, 2018 <br /> Final Utility Plans Sheets 1-44 date stamped September 7, 2018 <br /> Grading, Development and Erosion Control Plan Sheets 1-24 date stamped <br />September 7, 2018 <br /> Final Plat Areas date stamped September 7, 2018 <br /> Watermark Specification date stamped May 11, 2018 <br /> Final Plat Application Checklist date stamped September 7, 2018 <br /> Land Use Application date stamped May 11, 2018 <br /> PUD Checklist Final Plan date stamped September 7, 2018 <br /> Watermark Description date stamped September 7, 2018; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council the approved the PUD Development Stage <br />Plan/Preliminary Plat with Resolution No. 16-51, PUD Amendment #1-Land Use Plan <br />with Resolution No. 16-133 and PUD Amendment #2-Architectural Design Standards <br />with Resolution No. 16-133; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Board reviewed and recommended approval of the <br />Watermark final plat at the October 10, 2018 meeting; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed development is not considered premature and meets the <br />performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby makes the following: <br /> <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br />1. The final plat substantially conforms to the approved preliminary plat subject to the <br />conditions listed below.
