CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-159 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF PERMANENT EASEMENT <br />49 & J TRUNK UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 18-34 adopted the 26th day of March, 2018, the City <br />Council Authorized the Preparation of Plans and Specifications for the 49 & J Utility <br />Improvement Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the project will require the acquisition of various easements; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes, a Minnesota municipal corporation, acting by and through <br />the City Council, is authorized by law to acquire real estate which is needed for public use or <br />purpose. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />authorizes the acquisition of a permanent easement for the 49 & J Utility Improvement Project in <br />the amount of $13,100.00. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of November, 2018. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br /> <br />
