<br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-160 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, TRUNK WATERMAIN CONNECT AT BIRCH STREET AND BLACK <br />DUCK DRIVE <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the Trunk Watermain <br />Connection at Birch Street and Black Duck Drive, quotes were received, and tabulated: <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR TOTAL QUOTE <br />Dresel Contracting $20,000.00 <br />Valley Rich $22,200.00 <br />Olson’s Sewer Service $28,810.86 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Dresel Contracting, of Chisago City, Minnesota is the lowest <br />responsible bidder; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Dresel <br />Contracting for the construction of the Trunk Watermain Connection at Birch Street and Black <br />Duck Drive in the amount of $20,000.00; <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of November, 2018. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br />_______________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk
