2. Plan should include monitoring for presence of potentially problematic and/or noxious weed <br />and invasive species and provide for corrective actions as necessary. <br /> <br />3. The establishment period shall be considered complete upon certification that native material <br />coverage has been established over 95% of the open area. <br /> <br />Vegetative Management – (Post Establishment Period) <br /> <br />1. Plan shall include provision for submittal of a long term vegetative management component <br />upon completion of the Establishment period. <br /> <br />2. City recognizes that upon establishment of the native vegetation ongoing maintenance will <br />require an adaptive management approach. Coordination with the City on determination of <br />management methods is required. <br /> <br />3. Management component will need to include provisions for ongoing monitoring and <br />maintenance of native vegetation areas by the owner. <br />
