Consider Resolution No. 18-145 Approving Development <br />Agreement and Planned Unit Development Agreement for <br />Watermark <br /> <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />At the November 13, 2018 City Council meeting and November 26, 2018 City Council Work <br />Session, staff reviewed the PUD Final Plans and Final Plat. The Council motioned to continue <br />the item to tonight’s meeting to further review the Master Development Agreement and <br />Watermark Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Watermark is a master planned residential community located in the northwest quadrant of I- <br />35E and CSAH 14/Main Street. It contains 12 parcels totaling approximately 372 gross acres <br />and consists of a residential mix of 692 single family lots and 172 townhome units totaling 864 <br />housing units. Lennar submitted a Land Use Application for Watermark 1st Addition PUD <br />Final Plan/Final Plat. The 1st Addition proposes 93 townhome units and 100 single family lots <br />for a total of 193 housing units. <br /> <br />Previous Council approvals include: <br /> June 13, 2016: Resolution No. 16-51 approving PUD Development Stage <br />Plan/Preliminary Plat <br /> October 9, 2017: Resolution No. 17-95 approving amendment #1 to Land Use Plan <br /> December 11, 2017: Resolution No. 17-133 approving amendment #2 to Architectural <br />Design Standards <br /> June 11, 2018: Resolution No. 18-69 approving Grading and Trunk Utility Agreement <br /> <br />The following staff report is based on the following information received by the City on <br />November 9, 2018: <br />
