<br />{00149157 12} 19. <br />Availability Charge <br /> <br />The availability charge for a particular phase shall be paid at the time of subdivision <br />approval of that phase. The present Availability Charge is $1,360.00 per unit, but the Developer <br />acknowledges the City adjusts the charge annually, and Developer is responsible for payment of <br />the per unit fee in place at the time of approval of a particular phase. <br /> <br />A credit to Developer will be allowed by the City for upsizing of water main to serve other <br />properties as reasonably determined by the City Engineer in consultation with Developer’s <br />engineer. <br /> <br />The specific amounts due for trunk and availability charges for each phase will be <br />confirmed in the subdivision agreement for such phase. <br /> <br /> 10.3 Surface Water Management Fee <br /> <br />The City has established a fee to uniformly distribute the costs of public trunk surface water <br />infrastructure and water quality improvements.
