6 <br /> <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Board <br /> <br />The Planning & Zoning Board held a public hearing on November 14, 2018. The neighboring <br />residents at 1266 Main Street expressed concerns during the public hearing regarding number <br />of animals, odors and violations. The Board recommended approval with a 6-0 vote with <br />conditions detailed in Resolution No. 18-171. <br /> <br />Further Council Discussion <br /> <br />Since the November 14, 2018 Planning & Zoning Board meeting, the property owners stored <br />six (6) horse trailers along I-35W. Staff is recommending setting a limit of ten (10) horse <br />trailers be allowed between the 2 parcels and they must be screened from public roadway. The <br />photo in Attachment 5 also shows lift equipment being advertised for rent. Equipment for rent <br />is not allowed on site and has since been removed. <br /> <br />Findings of Fact <br /> <br />Council Resolution No. 18-171 details the Conditional Use Permit Findings of Fact. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff and the Board recommend approval of Resolution No. 18-171, a Conditional Use Permit <br />for Commercial Stables at 1288 Main Street and 1325 Main Street. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />1.
