CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-182 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR WELLHOUSE NO. 7 <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City’s Comprehensive Water Supply plan identifies the need to construct <br />municipal well no. 7, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is interested in determining the feasibility of converting an existing <br />farmhouse, constructed in 1893, for use as a well house for well no. 7; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City finds it is also necessary to evaluate the proposed location for well <br />suitability; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, WSB & Associates, has submitted a proposal to perform such services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. That staff is authorized to enter into an agreement with WSB & Associates to prepare a <br />feasibility study for Well House No. 7 in the amount of $20,200. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 20th day of December, 2018. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk
