CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-03 <br />AWARDING CLEANING SERVICES CONTRACT TO COVERALL OF THE <br />TWIN CITIES, INC. <br />WHEREAS, While Jani-King has been providing cleaning services for the City of Lino Lakes <br />since 2011, staff felt it was a good time to consider other options; and <br />WHEREAS, Two reputable cleaning services were contacted to conduct a walk-through for City <br />Hall, Police Department, Fire Station #1, Fire Station #2, and Public Works and submit <br />proposals; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff is recommending the City Council award the Cleaning Services contract to <br />Coverall of the Twin Cities, Inc. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes that <br />the City Council authorizes staff to enter into an agreement with Coverall of the Twin Cities, <br />Inc., to provide cleaning services for the City of Lino Lakes. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14`h day of January, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Maher, Manthey, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Jeff Reined, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julla}me Bartell ,.City <br />
