n <br />SECTION 4. <br />The Mayor, upon the request of the Superintendent of the Public Schools <br />of Independent School District No. 240, Anoka County Minnesota, may designate <br />certain nights during the school year as"School Nights" at such times as said <br />schools shalt be engaged in athletic, misicai, dramatic or social activities <br />for the benefit or entertainment of its students. The provisions of <br />Section 1 and Section 2 of this ordinance shall not apply to any student under <br />the age of 16 years of age or to his parents, guardian or other adult person <br />having the care and custody of such minor who is lawfully going to, attend- <br />ing or returning from any such school function on any designated "School <br />Night" of "Youth Night." <br />SECTION 5. <br />Any Minor under the age of 16 years who shaft violate the provisions of <br />this ordinance whait be deemed "delinquent" as defined in Minnesota Statutes <br />949, Section 260.01. <br />=CT I ON 6. <br />Any parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody <br />a minor under the age of 16 years of age who shall violate the provision <br />Section 2, shall upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than <br />7 ,)ri and no hundredths $$10.00) Dollars or shall be confined to a County <br />J i1 not more than ten (10) days. <br />Si7CT10N 7. <br />Any person, firm or corporation operating or in charge of any place of <br />7.usement, entertainment or refreshment who shall violate the provisions <br />ci Section 3 of this ordinance shati, upon conviction, be fined not more <br />an 'twenty-five and no hundredths ($25.00) Dollars or said person in charge <br />be confined in a County Jail not more than 'ten (10) days. <br />T !
