• <br />SECTION 27. VARIATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS <br />' The Council may permit variations from these requirements in specific cases which, in its <br />opinion do not affect the general sense of this ordinance. <br />SECTION 28. VALIDITY <br />If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance is, for any <br />reason, held to be invalid such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining <br />portions of this ordinance. <br />SECTION 29.
