SECTION VI. The Village Council shall appoint a Fire Marshall. The <br /> Fire Marshall shall be given the authority and the responsibility to enforce <br /> all the provisions of this Ordinance under the direction of the Village Council. <br /> Any person, or persons, who shall interfere with the Fire Marshall and the exe- <br /> cution of his duties shall upon conviction thereof be subject to the penalties <br /> provided herein. The Fire Marshall is hereby given the authority to call upon <br /> the Constables for assistance in enforcing any of the provisions of this Ordinance. <br /> The term of office for the appointed Fire Marshall shall be indefinite and shall <br /> terminate at the pleasure of the Village Council. The Fire Marshall so far as <br /> it may become necessary for the performance of his duties, shall have the right <br /> to enter any buildings or structure upon showing his badge of office. <br /> SECTION VII. Ordinace # 15 of the Village of Lino Lakes entitled- <br /> An Ordinance Prohibiting the Starting of Grass Fires or the Burning Over of <br /> Lots, Pieces or Parcels of Land in the Village of Lino Lakes, Fixing Penalties <br /> for the Violation thereof, be and the same hereby is repealed. <br /> SECTION VIII. Any violation of this Ordinance shall be punishable by a fine <br /> not to exceed $100.00 or imprisonment for a period of not more than 30 days, or <br /> both such fine and imprisonment. <br /> SECTION IX.
