SECTION 7: <br />Whenever a dog kennel is kept in an unsanitary or unhealthful <br />condition (or both), or when the dog or dogs confined in such a dog <br />kennel set up noise or noises from any cause whatsoever, whether in the <br />daytime or nighttime, sufficient in volume to constitute a public <br />or private nuisance, the owner, keeper or harborer of such a kennel, <br />upon proper written notice from the Village Clerk or Constable, shall <br />abate such nuisance, and if not so abated within the time set forth <br />in such notice, shall be subject to all the penalties and provisions <br />in any and all of the ordinances of the Village of Lino Lakes, in <br />addition to the State laws relating to public or private nuisances <br />and their abatement. <br />SECTION <br />The violation of this ordinance shall be a misdemeanor subject <br />to a fine of not more than $100.00 or punishment by imprisonment <br />for not more than 90 days. <br />SECTION 9 <br />Any such annual dog kennel license issued under this Ordinance <br />shall be subject to theprior approval of the Lino Lakes Village Council <br />as to the location thereof within the Village of Lino Lakes, the <br />Village Council hereby reserving the right to, in all cases, refuse <br />to approve issuance of any annual dog kennel license if the proposed <br />location of the kennel shall be one which, in their opinion, they <br />deem injurious to the public health or the public welfare of <br />-- res.donts within the Village of Lino Lakes. <br />This ordinance shall take effect fhtn and after <br />Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, this <br />day of , 1964. <br />ATTEST: <br />Village Clerk Mayor <br />
