VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 39 <br />AN ORDINANCE REGULATING TRAILER CAMPS AND THE OCCUPANCY THEREOF, <br />IN THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA. <br />The Village Council of Lino Lakes does ordain: <br />SECTION 1 <br />Definitions. Whenever used in this ordinance, unless a <br />different meaning appears in the context. <br />(a) A "trailer" or "mobile home" means an automobile <br />trailer, trailer coach or any vehicle or structure so designed. <br />and constructed in such manner as will permit occupancy thereof <br />as living quarters for one or more persons, and so designed that <br />it is or may be mounted on wheels and used as a conveyance on <br />highways or streets, propelled or drawn by its own or other motive <br />power. Minimum size of each trailer is to be no less than 35 <br />feet by eight feet. <br />(b) The word "person" shall be construed to include persons, <br />partnership, firm, company, corporation, tenant, owner, lessee, or <br />licensee, their agents, heirs or assigns. <br />(c) The words "trailer camp" shall be construed to mean <br />any site, lot, field or tract of land upon which two or more <br />occupied trailers are harbored, either free of charge or for <br />revenue purposes, and shall include any building, structure, tent, <br />vehicle or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the <br />equipment of such trailer camp. <br />SECTION 2 <br />a. Application for a special use permit to establish and <br />construct a trailer camp under the provisions of this Ordinance <br />shall be made to the Village Council of Lino Lakes. <br />b. The application for a permit shall be accompanied by <br />four (4) copies of the trailer camp plan showing the following, <br />either existing or proposed and conforming to State and Village <br />specification. <br />1. The extent and area proposed for trailer purposes. <br />2. Roads and driveways. <br />3. Location of sites or plots for trailers. <br />4. Location and number of sanitary conveniences. <br />5. Proposed disposition of surface drainage. <br />6. Proposed street surfacing and lighting. <br />7. Proposed well and water system. <br />8. Proposed sanitary sewer system. <br />9. Proposed location of fire hydrants. <br />10., Any other information requested by the Village <br />
