Council. <br />c. Each application for such special permit shall be <br />accompanied by a certificate of ownership of property within the <br />Village and within 300 feet of any boundary line of the proposed <br />trailer camp. <br />d. Each application shall be required to pay a fee of <br />$ 7J` crD at the time that such application is filed with the <br />Village Clerk. This money shall be used by the Village to defray <br />the expense of processing said application. <br />e. The Village Council may in its discretion require such <br />applicant to file a bond in such form and amount as shall be <br />satisfactory to the Council to assure the compliance by the <br />applicant with the plans and specifications before the issuance <br />of such special construction permit. <br />SECTION 3 <br />a. The construction of a trailer camp shall comply with <br />all the provisions of the Village Building Code applicable <br />thereto. <br />b. Before construction commences, the Village shall be <br />provided with four (4) copies of detailed plans for the construc- <br />tion and improvement of the camp. <br />c. It shall be the obligation of the holder of the special <br />construction permit to secure the approval of the Department of <br />Health of the State of Minnesota, and to provide satisfactory <br />evidence to the Village that all of the requirements of the State <br />of Minnesota and of the State Law, are being complied with, and <br />have been complied with before such trailer camp shall be occupied <br />for use. <br />SECTION 4 <br />a. Every trailer shall be located on a well drained area <br />and the premises shall be properly graded so as to prevent the <br />accumulation of storm or other waters. <br />b. Each plot shall have a gross area of not less than <br />3,000 square feet with a minimum width of 45 feet frontage on the <br />street. <br />c. Each plot shall have a minimum width of sixty (60)feet <br />measured at right angles to its side lines. <br />d. There shall be a minimum distance <br />between the trailer and the front or street <br />all trailers to be parked at a 10° angle to <br />of twenty (20) feet <br />line of the plot, and <br />the street. <br />
