p. Water shall be supplied to the entire area through a <br />central water supply system constructed in accordance with the <br />laws of the Village of Lino Lakes and State of Minnesota and the <br />recommendations of the State Health Department. <br />q. Fire hydrants shall be placed throughout the area in <br />such a way as to satisfy the district fire Marshall that adequate <br />fire protection is achieved. <br />r. There shall be provided a separate area in addition to <br />the plots designed for use by the trailers upon which there shall <br />be stored all boats, boat trailers, travel trailers, etc., the <br />area to be located away from any public road and shall be densely <br />screened by landscaping. <br />s. All trailer parks shall contain a recreation or park <br />area or areas, to be established and maintained within the trailer <br />park site, of not less than 500 square feet per trailer unit in <br />area or two per cent (2%) of the total trailer park area, which- <br />ever the Village Council feels is the most desirable and reasonable <br />under the circumstances, when considering the entire project. The <br />foregoing may be varied, if considered reasonable in any given <br />instance, by unanimous vote of the Council. <br />SECTION <br />That every person operating within this Village a trailer <br />camp shall provide and keep thereat a suitable guest register for <br />the registration of all persons provided with accomodations there- <br />at; and each such person shall be registered therein. Upon arrival <br />of every such person the operator of such park shall require him <br />to enter in such register, or enter for him therein, in separate <br />columns provided in such register, the name and address of such <br />person and every other person, if any, with him as a member of his <br />party; and the make of any motor vehicle and trailer, and the <br />registration number and other identifying letters or characters <br />appearing on the official number plate including the name of the <br />state issuing such official plate for any motor vehicle or trailer. <br />Such registration shall be kept accessible for inspection by <br />Village authorities. It shall be unlawful for any person to make <br />any false statement or false entry as to any matter required to <br />\.. be recorded in such register. Every person, upon arriving at <br />such trailer camp and applying for accomodations therein shall <br />furnish to the operator or other attendent in of rge of such park <br />the registration information necessary to complete his registra- <br />tion in accordance with the requirements of this section and shall <br />not be provided with accomodations unless and until such information <br />be furnished. <br />SECTION' `6' <br />Each trailer in a licensed trailer camp shall be equipped <br />with a fire..marshall.approved type extinguisher in useable condi- <br />tion. The occupant of a trailer shall be responsible for provid- <br />ing such extinguisher for the trailer he occupies. <br />
