e, Where an alley is provided adjacent to the back line of <br />the plot, there shall be a minimum setback of five (5) feet from <br />said back line. Where there is not an alley, the setback from <br />the back line of the plot shall be not less than ten (10) feet. <br />f. There shall be not less than five (5) feet between a <br />trailer and any side line of a plot. <br />g. A concrete slab or patio may be constructed on the <br />ground beside each trailer parking space; this slab shall be not <br />less than ten (10) feet wide, twenty-five (25) feet long and four <br />(4) inches thick. <br />h. At least one (1) shade tree (minimum diameter of three <br />(3) to three and one-half (32) inches at time of planting)shall <br />be placed and maintained on each plot, all dead trees to be re- <br />placed within ninety (90) days, or a reasonable time, such <br />additional landscaping shall be included as may have been approved <br />or required by the Village Council. <br />i. Except for the areas used for the trailer, patio, <br />sidewalk and off street parking space, the entire plot shall be <br />sodded and maintained with grass. <br />j. Each plot shall abut on and have access to a street which <br />shall be at least 30 feet wide between gutters. This street shall <br />be stabilized to provide a firm base and the surface shall be main- <br />tained so as to be smooth and dust free to conform to Village <br />requirements. <br />k. A curb shall be constructed on each side of the street <br />and face of this curb shall be at least sixteen and a half (162) <br />feet from the centerline of said street. The curb shall be <br />standard approved by the Village Council. <br />1. A cement sidewalk, not less than thirty (30) inches <br />wide shall be constructed adjacent to the curb and on the plot <br />side thereof. <br />m. Every trailer camp shall provide for a minimum setback <br />of at least ten (10) feet on all boundaries, except boundary <br />adjacent to Village, State or County Roads where the setback <br />shall conform to resident homes; or such other and greater set- <br />back as the Council shall require before the issuance of the <br />special construction permit. Where abutting upon a public street <br />or residential area, this setback area shall be planted to pro- <br />vide a pleasing landscaped screen. <br />n. The parking of more than one (1) trailer on any single <br />plot shall not be permitted. <br />o. No trailer may be inhabited by a greater number of <br />occupants than that for which it was designed. <br />
