ORDINANCE NO. 21 A <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 21, OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL ON OCTOBER <br />t4, 1957, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS FOR THE <br />SUBDIVISION AND PLATTING OF LAND WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES" <br />by adding thereto the following: <br />3 <br />SECTION in A <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, ordains: <br />Ordinance No. 21, passed by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Lino Lakes on October, .4, 1957, is hereby amended by <br />adding thereto the following: <br />SECTION lig A. PLATTING REQUIRED. <br />Pursuant to the allowances of M.S.A. 471.29, subd 2, <br />no conveyance of land in which the land conveyed is described by <br />metes and bounds or by reference to a plat hereafter made, which is <br />not approved by the Village Council in the Village of Lino Lakes, <br />shall be made or recorded if the parcel described in the conveyance <br />is less than two and one half (2 and 2) acres in area and One hundred <br />fifty (150) feet in width, unless such parcel was a separate parcel <br />of record at the time of the adoption of this ordinance or unless an <br />agreement to convey such smaller parcel has been entered into prior <br />to such time and the instrument showing the agreement to convey is <br />recorded in theoffice of the Register of Deeds w.thin one year <br />thereafter. In any case in which compliance with the foregoing <br />provision will involve an urcessary hardship and failure to comply <br />does not interfer with the purpose of such platting regulations, the <br />Village Council of Lino Lakes may waive such compliance by adoption <br />of a resolution to that effect with the consent of the Board of <br />Zoning, and the conveyance may ten be recorded. Any owner or agent <br />of the owner of land who conveys a lot or parcel in violation of the <br />foregoing provision shall forfeit and pay to the municipality a <br />penalty of not less than $100.00 for each lot or parcel so conveyed. <br />No building permit shall be issued for construction or alteration <br />of any building or structure on any parcel of land which does not <br />comply with the foregoing. <br />Save for above amendment, Ordinance No. 21 shall remain in full force <br />and effect as passed. <br />This ordnance shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br />passage and publication according to law. <br />Passed this 27 i4 day of ^ ✓ F. 6 t� W , 1965. <br />ATTEST: Alden E.
