Into <br />LINO LAKES VILLAGE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 30 B <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES VILLAGE ORDINANCE <br />NO. 30, ENTITLED " LINO LAKES ORDINANCE NO. 30 REGULATING THE <br />MOVING OF BUILDINGS OVER STREETS AND ALLEYS IN THE VILLAGE: <br />PROVIDING FOR PROTECTION TO THE VILLAGE FROM DAMAGES ARISING <br />OUT OF SUCH OPERATIONS.", ADOPTED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA, ON NOVEMBER 26, 1962. <br />The Village Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota ordains as follows: <br />I. <br />C. FEE of 3.01, of SECTION 3, Application, of Ordinance <br />No. 30, entitled SECTION 3, Application, adopted by the Village <br />Council on November 26,1 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />C. FEE. The application shall be accompanied by a permit <br />fee determined according to the following schedule: <br />Square Footage of building Amount <br />Up to 350 square feet $15.00 <br />351 square feet to 600 square feet $25.00 <br />601 square feet to 824 square feet $50.00 <br />825 square feet and over $75.00 <br />The above fees shall not apply to commercial buildings; <br />the fees for commercial buildings shall be set by council <br />resolution from time to time. <br />II. <br />SECTION 5. Duties of Building Inspector., of said Ordinance <br />No. 30 is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: <br />5.03 Fees and Deposits <br />A. Return upon Non -Issuance <br />Upon his refusal to issue a permit the Building Inspector shall <br />direct the Village Clerk to return to the applicant all deposits, <br />bonds and insurance policies. Permit fees filed with the application <br />B. Return upon Allowance for Expenses. After the Building has <br />been removed, the Building Inspector shall furnish the Village Clerk <br />with a written statement of all expenses incurred and of all damage <br />caused or inflicted upon property belonging to the Village by reason <br />of the removal. The Village Clerk shall return to the applicant all <br />deposits after deducting a sum sufficient to pay for all the costs <br />and expenses and for all damage done to property of the Village. <br />Permit fees deposited with the application shall not be returned. <br />
