5.04 Designate Streets for Removal. The Building Inspector shall <br />procure from the Village Council or its designated representatives <br />a list of designated streets over which the building shall be <br />moved. The Building Inspector shall reproduce the list upon the. <br />permit in writing. Determination as to designated streets shall <br />be made to assure maximum safety to persons and property in the <br />Village and to minimizecongestion and hazards on public streets. <br />5.05 Tests by Village. Engineer. In those cases in which the <br />Building Inspector is doubtful about soil conditions or water <br />tables, he is hereby authorized and instructed to arrange for <br />tests by the.
