• <br />SECTION 5. Submission of Plans. Before proceeding with the <br />installation of any and all pipes, wires, cables, and any other <br />similar item or items used in conjunction therewith, whether <br />same be entirely within or travels through the Village of Lino <br />Lakes, any person, firm, or corporation so desiring to install <br />such items shall provide the Village Engineer of the Village of <br />Lino Lakes with one set of detailed scale drawn plans showing <br />thereon the exact proposed location of such items. The Village <br />Engineer shall forthwith examine such plans and make any <br />recommendations thereon to the Village Council and no construction <br />shall commence thereon until the Village Council formally, by <br />resolution, approves such plans as submitted or as necessarily <br />corrected. <br />SECTION 6. Maps. Any person, firm or corporation installing <br />any such underground pipes, wires, cables, and any other similar <br />item and items used in conjunction therewith, shall, immediately <br />upon completion of such installation, provide the Village Clerk - <br />Treasurer with two complete sets of maps showing the exact <br />location of such underground items. The Village Clerk -Treasurer <br />shall transmit one set of such maps to the Village Engineer and <br />shall duly file the other set of such maps in her office. <br />SECTION 7. Penalties for Violation. The violation of this <br />ordinance shall be a misdemeanor subject to a fine of not more <br />than $300.00 or punishment by imprisonment for not more than <br />90 days, or both. <br />SECTION 8. Effective Date.
