ORDINANCE NO. 51 Page -4- <br />C. Multiple Residential Districts: In the Multiple Residential Districts all <br />signs must comply with the following: <br />I. Identification Signs: Wall sign up to six square feet. <br />2. Institutional Identification: Not more than 24 square feet; <br />not higher than 6 feet. <br />3. Area Identification Signs: One per development; not more than <br />24 square feet; not higher than 6 feet. <br />4. Temporary Signs: <br />a) For selling or leasing existing properties; not more than <br />twelve square feet. <br />b) For Multiple residential protects, not more than 150 square <br />feet nor higher than 15 feet. <br />5. No sign may be closer than 10 feet to any property line. <br />D. Office Districts: In the Office Districts all signs must comply with The <br />following: <br />1. Institutional Identifications: <br />a) Public medical, educational, clinical or community centers, <br />30 square feet or three percent of wall area, which ever Is greater. <br />b) Either wall or ground signs. <br />2. Business and Professional Building Identifications: <br />a) 50 Square feet or ten percent of wall area, whichever is <br />greater. <br />b) Either wall or ground signs. <br />3. Area Identification Signs: One 100 square foot maximum ground <br />sign per development, not higher than 12 feet. <br />4. Temporary Signs: For development projects, 150 square feet, <br />maximum, not higher than 15 feet. <br />5. No sign may be closer than 10 feet to any property line. <br />E. Neighborhood Commercial Districts: <br />1. Business Signs: <br />a) Sign or signs attached to building equaling twenty -percent <br />of the building face area or 100 square feet, whichever is great- <br />er; not higher than 6 feet above outside of parapet wall. <br />
