Area Identification Signs: One ground sign or pylon per develcp- <br />ment; not to exceed 300 square feet nor 40 feet in height. <br />3. Advertising Signs: <br />a) Not less than 200 square feet nor more than 300 square feet. <br />b) Not higher than 30 feet above grade. <br />c) Must comply with General Regulations. <br />4. No sign may be closer than 5 feet to any property line without <br />a special permit therefor. <br />Regional Shopping Center Districts: In the Regional Shopping Center Dis- <br />tricts ail signs must comply with the following: <br />1. Area Identification Signs: <br />a) 0ne ground sign or pylon for each major street or thorough- <br />fare frontage up to 400 square feet. <br />b) Not higher than 65 feet above grade. <br />2. Business Signs: <br />a) 100 square feet or 200 of building face area whichever is <br />greater. <br />b) Wail signs only (18" projection) and within the parapet. <br />3. Advertising Signs: <br />a) Not higher than 45 feet. <br />b) Must comply with General Regulations. <br />4. No sign may be closer than 5 feet to any property line without <br />a special permit therefor. <br />G. Regional Service District: (surrounding the Regional Shopping Centers) <br />In the Regional Service Districts all signs must comply with the follow- <br />ing: <br />1. Institutional Identification: <br />a) For hospitals, office buildings, etc. <br />b) Sixty square feet ground sign or pylon or up to 20% of the <br />building face area as a wall sign. <br />2.
