ORDINANCE NO. 21C <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 21 OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />ON OCTOBER 14, 1957. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, ordains: <br />I. <br />Ordinance No. 21, of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, passed by the Village Council on October 14, 1957, <br />is hereby amended by adding thereto the following, to wit: <br />SECTION 24A. REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION. Prior to the <br />consideration of any proposal to build or re -zone in any catagory <br />other than single family and duplex residences, the following data <br />must be furnished to the Village: <br />1. Site and Building Plans <br />(a) Details of the proposed site development o•n <br />topographical survey, including existing and <br />proposed topography (Minimum scale shall be 1" = <br />50'-0" preferred plus a filmed depiction of <br />existing site conditions) location of all <br />buildings, recreation areas, driveways, parking <br />spaces, dimensions of the parking spaces, <br />dimensions of the lot area and minimum setbacks <br />drawn in and clearly defined. <br />(b) Plans for proposed sidewalks to service parking, <br />recreation and service areas within the proposed <br />development at same scale as 1 (a) above. <br />(c) Suggested plans for proposes storm water drainage <br />system sufficient to drain and dispose of all surface <br />water accumulation within the area, indication of <br />sanitary sewer, water, gas, electric, etc., ease- <br />ments, and written notification that they have been <br />reviewed by the Village Engineer for feasibility <br />purposes. <br />(d) Landscape plans including species, size of trees <br />and shrubs proposed plus budget allowance at same <br />scale as 1 (a) above. <br />(e) Preliminary architectural plans for the proposed <br />buildings complete with exterior wall finishes. <br />These plans shall also indicate unit sizes, ratios <br />of dwelling units to total lot size and parking <br />spaces. <br />(f) Ten (10) sets of plans shall be submitted to the <br />Village Clerk -Treasurer at least ten (10) calendar <br />
