(g) <br />days prior to a Board of Zoning meeting for the purpose <br />of distributing the plans to the Village Engineer, <br />Planning Consultant, and Board of Zoning members <br />so they may review the plans and site, if not <br />known to them, prior to the first meeting. <br />Any additional information which may be requested by <br />the Village Council or Board of Zoning due to <br />conditions peculiar to any particular site. <br />2. Certification of Plans Required <br />(a) All buildings and site plans shall be designed and <br />certified by a registered architect or engineer. <br />The site plans may be prepared by a professional <br />site planner but a registered architect must verify <br />that he has personally reviewed the site and designed <br />the proposed buildings in accordance with the site <br />plans, the terrain and neighboring conditions, and <br />in accordance with the Building Code, as adopted and <br />amended by the Village of Lino Lakes. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 21 shall stand <br />as initially adopted and as previously amended. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the Village Council this 23rd day of February , 1970. <br />Attes <br />Ra.ph M.
