ORDINANCE NO. 53 VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE PLUMBING AND SEWAGE ORDINANCES NUMBERED 47 AND 48, AND ADOPTING BY REFERENCE, WITH CHANGES, THE MINNESOTA PLUMBING CODE OF 1969, AND THE MINNESOTA INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM CODE AS CONTAINED THEREIN AS APPENDIX E AND THE MINNESOTA HEATING, VENTILATING, AIR CONDITIONING, AND REFRIGERATION CODE, AS CONTAINED THEREIN AS APPENDIX F. The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes ordains: I. The Minnesota Plumbing Code, adopted by the State Board of Health, on June 9, 1969, and filed with the Secretary of State on June 10, 1969, including therein the Minnesota Individual Sewage Disposal System Code, as Appendix E, and including therein the Minnesota Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Code, as Appendix F, and as same may be amended or revised in the future, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this Ordinance as if fully set forth herein, except for the following: 1. Section (ii) of (2) Water Service Pipe of (d) Piping System Materials of Section MHD 123 Materials of said Minnesota Plumbing Code is hereby deleted completely. 2. Sections (cc), (dd), (ee), (ff), and (gg) of (4) Building Sewers of Section MHD 123 Materials of said Minnesota Plumbing Code, are hereby deleted completely. 3. Section (ff) of Section (9) Soil and Waste Piping (except special wastes above ground) of Section (d) Piping System Materials of Section MHD 123 Materials of said Minnesota Plumbing Code, is hereby deleted completely. 4. Section (hh) of Section (11) Vent Piping, Above Ground, of AO Piping ,system Materials ef 6610410aAnk DOW 123- __ ials said Minnesota Plumbing Code, is hereby deleted completely. 5. Section (mm) Plastic Joints of Section (2) Types of Joints of Section (a) Types of Joints for Piping Materials of Section MHD 124 Joints and Connections of said Minnesota Plumbing Code, is hereby deleted completely. 6. Section (hh) Plastic Pipe Joints of Section (3) Use of Joints of Section (a) Types of Joints for Piping Materials of Section MHD 124 Joints and Connections of said Minnesota Plumbing Code, is hereby deleted completely.
