Sections (ee) and (ff) of Section (2) of Section (c) Intervals <br />of Support of Section MHD 128 Hangers and Supports of said Minnesota <br />Plumbing Code, is hereby deleted completely. <br />8. Section (ff) of Section (3) of Section (c) Intervals of Support <br />of Section MHD 128 Hangers and Supports of said Minnesota Plumbing <br />Code, is hereby deleted completely. <br />9. Section (4) of Section (c) Intervals of Support of Section <br />MHD 128 Hangers and Supports of said Minnesota Plumbing Code is <br />hereby deleted, and the following inserted in place thereof: <br />(4) Closet Bends ----Joined to a stack by means of lead <br />and oakum. <br />10. Section (d) Base of Stacks of Section MHD 128 Hangers and <br />Supports of said Minnesota Plumbing Code is hereby deleted, and the <br />following inserted in place thereof: <br />(d) Base of Stacks ----Stacks shall be adequately supported <br />at their bases with oakum and lead. <br />II. <br />In addition to the contents of said Minnesota Plumbing Code <br />and Appendixes E and F thereof, the following shall be added: <br />SECTION A. The use of any plastic pipe or joints or orangeburg <br />pipe for any plumbing or sewage installations in the Village of <br />Lino Lakes shall not be allowed. <br />SECTION B. Stubbing for future Municipal system hook up. <br />Adequate cast iron pipes for any sewer system servicing any <br />building having or requiring sewage disposal facilities shall <br />be stubbed under such building, toward the front or street side <br />of the parcel of land upon which such building is situated or <br />toward the planned municipal sewer facility of the Village, to <br />readily facilitate connection to any future municipal sewage <br />disposal system; this requirement shall apply to all new <br />construction and any major repair to any existing plumbing <br />facility commencing after the date of publication of this ordinance. <br />SECTION C. Fees and Permits plumbing. <br />All plumbing fees required to be paid to the Village of Lino Lakes <br />for any plumbing inspection or inspections required herein shall <br />be as established, from time to time, by the Village Council, <br />by resolution, schedules of which fees shall be on file with the <br />Village Clerk -Treasurer, and made available to anyone desiring <br />a copy thereof. A plumbing permit shall he issued upon payment <br />of said fee. <br />SECTION D. Definitions. <br />The following definitions, in addition to any contained in said <br />Minnesota Plumbing Code, shall apply in the interpretation and <br />enforcement of this ordinance: <br />Subd. 1. Sewage: Sewage is any water -carried domestic waste, <br />exclusive of footing and roof drainage, of any residence, <br />industry or commercial establishment, whether treated or <br />untreated, and includes the liquid wastes produced by bathing, <br />laundry and culinary operations, and from toilets and floor <br />drains. Raw sewage is sewage which has not been subjected to <br />any treatment process. <br />
