The annual fees for licenses shall be per fee schedule as <br />established by resolution, from time to time, by the Village <br />Council; the fee schedule shall be on file in the office of <br />the Village Clerk -Treasurer and a copy available to anyone desiring <br />same. All licenses shall expire at midnight on December 31, of <br />the year of issuance. <br />Receptacles. - No person shall sell or cause to be sold, place or <br />cause to be placed any gasoline or benzine in quantities of more <br />than one pint in any receptable (other than a tank of the sort <br />authorized by this ordinance or a tank truck) except one of a <br />bright red color, tagged and labelled in large plain letters with <br />the name of the contents, or with the words "Inflammable Liquid," <br />nor sell or place any other liquid in any such receptacle. <br />General Storage. - Except as otherwise provided in this ordinance, <br />inflammable liquids shall be stored outside of buildings, in <br />underground or above ground tanks, except that the storage of such <br />liquids above ground is hereby prohibited within the following limits. <br />Above Ground Tanks. - No person shall construct or maintain any <br />above ground tanks except as hereinafter set forth. <br />a. No such tank may be constructed or maintained within four <br />Hundred (400) feet of any depot, school, church, place of <br />detention or other public building or within two hundred (200) <br />feet of any place of human habitation. <br />d. All tanks of more than 1,000 gallons capacity shall have <br />all openings which may contain inflammable vapor provided with <br />a 40 x 40 mesh, non -corrodible wire screen. A safety valve <br />must be provided and manhole covers must be kept closed by <br />weight only. <br />
