Section 15. Title. Permanent full-time men shall each have <br />the title of "Utilities Maintenance Man". <br />Section 16. Retirement funds. All employees shall be enrolled <br />in the Public Employees Retirement Association and Social Secur- <br />ity as required by State Law. Any other benefits for retirement <br />or pension shall be determined by the Council by resolution. <br />Section 17. Repeal of Ordinance No. 43. Ordinance No. 43, of <br />the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by <br />the Village Council on January 23, 1967, is hereby repealed. <br />Section 18. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect <br />and be in force after the date of passage and publication, ac- <br />cording to law. <br />Passed by the Village Council this 24th day of May <br />1971. <br />ATTEST: <br />h M.
