ZONING REGULATIONS <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 56 <br /> THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA RELATING TO AND REGULATING <br /> THE LOCATION, SIZE, USE AND HEIGHTS OF BUILDINGS, THE ARRANGEMENT OF <br /> BUILDINGS ON LOTS, AND THE DENSITY OF POPULATION IN THE VILLAGE OF <br /> LINO LAKES AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING THE PUBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY, <br /> ORDER, CONVENIENCE, PROSPERITY AND GENERAL WELFARE IN SAID VILLAGE, <br /> AND FOR SAID PURPOSE, TO DIVIDE THE VILLAGE INTO DISTRICTS, AND MAKE <br /> DIFFERENT REGULATIONS FOR DIFFERENT DISTRICTS, AND AMENDING OR <br /> REPEALING ALL OR PARTS OF CERTAIN VILLAGE ORDINANCES. <br /> The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes does ordain as follows: <br /> Section 1. TITLE <br /> This Ordinance shall be known, cited and referred to as the <br /> VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> except as referred to herein, where it shall be known as "this Ordinance". <br /> Section 2. INTENT AND PURPOSE <br /> This Ordinance is adopted for the purpose of: <br /> protecting the public health, safety, morals, comfort, convenience <br /> and general welfare. <br /> dividing the Village of Lino Lakes into zones and districts restrict- <br /> ing and regulating therein, the location, and use of structures and land. <br /> promoting orderly development of the residential, business industrial, <br /> recreational and public areas. <br /> providing adequate light, air, and convenience of access to property. <br /> -1- <br />
