harbored, either free of charge or for revenue purposes, and shall <br /> include any building, structure, tent, vehicle or enclosure used <br /> or intended for use as part of the equipment of such trailer camp. <br /> Fees. Each application shall be required to pay a fee of <br /> $75.00 at the time that such application is filed with the <br /> Village Clerk. This money shall be used by the Village to <br /> defray the expense of processing said application. <br /> Bond. The Village Council may in its discretion require such <br /> applicant to file a bond in such form and amount as shall be <br /> satisfactory to the Council to assure the compliance by the <br /> applicant with the plans and specifications before the issuance <br /> of such special construction permit. <br /> Certificate of Ownership. Each application for such permit <br /> shall be accompanied by a certificate of ownership of property <br /> within the Village and within 300 feet of any boundary line of <br /> the proposed trailer camp. <br /> Codes. The construction of a trailer camp shall comply with all <br /> the provisions of the Village Building Code applicable thereto. <br /> It shall be the obligation of the holder of the construction <br /> permit to secure the approval of the Department of Health of the <br /> State of Minnesota, and to provide satisfactory evidence to the <br /> Village that all of the requirements of the State of Minnesota <br /> and of the State Law, are being complied with, and have been <br /> complied with before such trailer camp shall be occupied for use. <br /> Drainage. Every trailer shall be located on a well drained area <br /> and the premises shall be properly graded so as to prevent the <br /> accumulation of storm or other waters. <br /> Minimum size. <br /> (A) Each plot shall have a minimum dimension of 60 feet, front and rear, <br /> have a minimum of 100 feet in depth on both side lines, and a gross <br /> area of not less than 6000 square feet. <br /> (B) There shall be a minimum setback distance of 10 feet between any <br /> portion of any trailer and any line of the plot on which any trailer <br /> is located, except that on any street side there shall be a minimum <br /> setback distance of 20 feet between any portion of any trailer and <br /> the plot line or lines on any street side of the plot on which any <br /> trailer is located; and all trailers shall be parked at a 10 degree <br /> angle to the street on which same face. If located on a Village, <br /> State or County Road, setback requirements of the Village for resident <br /> homes and of the State or County shall be followed. Where any trailer <br /> camp abuts on a public street or residential area, the setback area <br /> shall be planted to provide adequate and pleasing screening and <br /> landscaping. <br /> (C) A concrete slab or patio may be constructed on the ground beside <br /> each trailer parking space; this slab shall be not less than ten <br /> (10) feet wide, twenty-five (25) feet long, and four (4) inches thick. <br /> -32- <br />
