(0) Each trailer unit shall be provided, by the trailer park owner, with <br /> a utility building, of a minimum size of 4 feet by 8 feet, by 6 feet <br /> high, or other size to be determined by resolution by the Village <br /> Council, the construction and exterior thereof to be acceptable to <br /> the Village Council, each such utility building to be used only for <br /> the storage of such items as boats, snowmobiles, boat motors, lawn <br /> mowers, and such other miscellaneous items, as need such storage and <br /> as owned by the occupants of such trailer unit, and not for washing <br /> facilities, the purpose thereof to be to avoid the exterior storage <br /> of such items. <br /> Registration. That every person operating within this Village <br /> a trailer camp shall provide and keep thereat a suitable guest <br /> register for the registration of all persons provided with accom- <br /> modations thereat; and each such person shall be registered therein. <br /> Upon arrival of every such person the operator of such park shall <br /> require him to enter in such register, or enter for him therein, <br /> in separate columns provided in such register, the name and address <br /> of such person and every other person, if any, with him as a member <br /> of his party; and the make of any motor vehicle and trailer, and <br /> the registration number and other identifying letters or characters <br /> appearing on the official number plate including the name of the <br /> state issuing such official plate for any motor vehicle or trailer. <br /> Such registration shall be kept accessible for inspection by <br /> Village authorities. It shall be unlawful for any person to make <br /> any false statement or false entry as to any matter required to <br /> be recorded in such register. Every person, upon arriving at such <br /> trailer camp and applying for accommodations therein shall furnish <br /> to the operator or other attendant in charge of such park the <br /> registration information necessary to corrp lete his registration in <br /> accordance with the requirements of this section and shall not be <br /> provided with accommodatations unless and until such information <br /> be furnished. <br /> Fire Extinguisher. Each trailer in a licensed trailer camp shall <br /> be equipped with a fire-marshall-approved type extinguisher in <br /> useable condition. The occupant of a trailer shall be responsible <br /> for providing such extinguisher for the trailer he occupies. <br /> Speed Limit. It shall be unlawful for any type vehicle to travel <br /> at a rate in excess of ten (10) miles per hour while within the <br /> limits of the trailer camp. <br /> Wheels. The wheels and running gear of every trailer located <br /> within a trailer camp shall be left on the trailer. <br /> Skirts. where enclosures or skirts are used around the base of <br /> any trailer, they shall be of a standardized type conforming in <br /> appearance and design with enclosures used by adjacent trailers <br /> within the park, which enclosures are subject to approval by the <br /> Village Council. In a like manner steps and Utility Enclosure <br /> shall be standardized and approved by the Council. Any enclos- <br /> ure or steps that the Council shall have disapproved shall be <br /> removed, but the owner or trailer occupant shall be entitled to <br /> a hearing before the Council before any prosecution shall be <br /> instituted.
