It shall be unlawful to construct, erect, attach or <br /> cause to be constructed, erected or attached any foundation, wall, <br /> embankment or other structure under, around or near any trailer <br /> in any trailer camp in this Village, or to otherwise impede the <br /> free movement or removal of such trailer. This section shall not <br /> be deemed to prohibit the use of skirtings around the wheels and <br /> running gear of such trailer coach if such skirting is readily <br /> removable and will not tend to obstruct the movement of such <br /> trailer in case of emergency. <br /> Maintenance. Trailer camps shall be maintained by the owner or <br /> operator so as not to become littered or unsightly with respect <br /> to unauthorized pieces of equipment, containers, junk, trash, <br /> ashes, or any other unsightly or unsanitary condition. No animal <br /> washing, car-washing or other slop creating practices shall be <br /> carried on in any building, structure, or other place not desig- <br /> nated for such purposes, in any trailer camp. No pets or domesti- <br /> cated animals shall be allowed to enter the buildings containing <br /> the sanitary or washing facilities for the trailer camp; nor <br /> shall they be allowed to run at large, but must be attached to a <br /> leash at all times when out of doors, or kept within a fenced <br /> area or otherwise controlled. <br /> 6.12 COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS <br /> These districts are designed and intended to aid in guiding development <br /> towards fulfillment of the Comprehensive Plan and to serve the following <br /> functions: <br /> To provide the community with properly located commercial areas. <br /> To aid compatible and efficient development of commercial areas. <br /> To relate commercial locations with the thoroughfare system. <br /> To encourage nucleated commercial areas. <br /> To permit the community to plan and develop the services necessary. <br /> To accommodate commercial centers. <br /> Area and Design Requirements-A complete plot plan showing the building <br /> or buildings and surrounding land areas of the entire project must be <br /> submitted to the Village Council for approval and in accordance with <br /> Section 5.03 (Ordinance No. 21-C) . Area and design requirements must <br /> be such as to establish a commercial district which will best serve the <br /> general welfare and benefit of the entire Village. <br /> 6.13 GENERAL BUSINESS (GB) DISTRICT <br /> These are areas containing a wide variety of business uses including <br /> -35- <br />
