PARKING FOR ALL ZONING DISTRICTS <br /> 7.01 OFF-STREET PARKING SPACE REQUIREMENTS <br /> In all Districts, off-street automobile parking space shall be provided <br /> as an accessory use in accordance with the following provisions at the <br /> time any building or structure is erected, enlarged or expanded in <br /> height or ground coverage. <br /> Agricultural District No requirements. <br /> Residential District <br /> (R-1) Single Family Two (2) spaces per dwelling unit. <br /> (R-2) Duplex Family Two (2) spaces per dwelling unit. <br /> (R-3) Multiple Family Two (2) spaces per dwelling unit- <br /> or greater One (1) of which must be enclosed. <br /> (See R-3 Credits and Exceptions.) <br /> Commercial District <br /> (GB) General Business One (1) space for each 3 seats or for <br /> each five feet of bench length. Based <br /> upon maximum design capacity <br /> or <br /> Bowling Alley Five (5) spaces for each alley plus <br /> additional spaces for related uses <br /> such as a restaurant <br /> or <br /> Drive-in Food One (1) space for each 15 square feet <br /> of gross floor space <br /> or <br /> Motor Fuel Station Four (4) spaces plus two (2) spaces <br /> for each service stall. <br /> (LB) Limited Business One (1) space for each 250 square feet <br /> of gross floor area <br /> or <br /> Dental-Medical Three (3) spaces per doctor <br /> or <br /> Hotel-Motel One (1) space per unit plus one (1) <br /> additional space for each eight (8) units <br /> or <br /> Mortuary Five (5) spaces for each chapel or <br /> parlor plus one (1) space for each <br /> funeral vehicle maintained on the pre- <br /> mises. Funeral procession makeup <br /> space shall be provided off-street also. <br /> (SC) Shopping Center One (1) space for each 150 square feet <br /> of gross floor area <br /> or <br /> -45- <br />
