Restaurants, Bars, etc. One (1) space for each three (3) seats <br /> based upon maximum design capacity <br /> or <br /> Furniture Store, <br /> Wholesale, Auto Sales, <br /> Repair Shop Three (3) spaces for each 1000 square <br /> feet of gross floor area. Open sales <br /> lot shall provide two (2) spaces for <br /> each 5000 square feet of lot area, but <br /> not less than three (3) spaces. <br /> Industrial District <br /> (LI) Light and <br /> (HI) Heavy Industrial One (1)space for each two employees <br /> or one (1) space for each 2000 square <br /> feet of gross floor area, whichever <br /> is the larger. <br /> Public & Semi-Public District <br /> Schools, Elementary <br /> and Junior High One (1) space for each classroom plus <br /> one (1) additional space for each 300 <br /> student capacity. <br /> Schools, High School <br /> and College One (1) space for each classroom plus <br /> one (1) additional space for each seven <br /> students based upon maximum design capacity. <br /> Hospitals One (1) space for each three hospital <br /> beds, plus one (1) space for each four <br /> employees other than doctors, plus one <br /> (1) space for each resident and <br /> regular staff doctor. <br /> Sanitarium, Rest Home, <br /> Nursing Home, or <br /> Institution One (1) space for each six beds based <br /> upon maximum design capacity, plus <br /> one (1) space for each two employees. <br /> Districts or Uses not <br /> Specifically Noted Parking spaces as determined by <br /> Village Council following review by <br /> Planning & Zoning Commission. <br /> 7.02 SURFACING AND DRAINAGE <br /> Off-street parking areas shall be improved with a durable and dustless <br /> '^ surface. Such areas shall be so graded and drained as to dispose of all <br /> surface water accumulation within the area. These requirements shall also <br /> apply to open sales lots. Durable and dustless surface may include crushed <br /> rock and similar treatment for parking accessory to one, two, three, and <br /> -46- - <br />
