I1 2 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 56A <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PORTIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 56, OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />ON JULY 26, 1971. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, ordains as follows: <br />I. <br />Wherever, in Ordinance No. 56, of the Village of Lino Lakes, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the Village Council July 26, 1971, <br />conflict shall exist with the following, such portions of Ordinance <br />No. 56, as so passed, are hereby amended and the following shall be <br />controlling: <br />SECTION 1. SINGLE FAMILY DWELLINGS (R-1) DISTRICT. The <br />minimum outside diameter floor area for single family dwellings shall <br />be as follows: <br />Rambler <br />1i Story and Split <br />Split Foyer <br />2 Story <br />Level -- <br />1,000 sq. <br />1,000 sq. <br />960 sq. <br />850 sq. <br />ft, <br />ft. <br />ft. <br />ft, on first floor. <br />In all basementless dwellings in this district, an additional 100 sq. <br />ft. area shall be required to house utilities. <br />SECTION 2. DUPLEX FAMILY (R-2) DISTRICT, The minimum out- <br />side diameter floor area for duplex family dwellings shall be 1,000 <br />sq. ft. for each living area. In basementless duplex family dwellings, <br />an additional 100 sq. ft. per living unit shall be required. <br />minimum <br />R-3 and <br />SECTION 3. MULTIPLE FAMILY (R-3 and R-4) DISTRICTS.
