SECTION 4. MULTIPLE FAMILY (R-5) DISTRICT. The minimum <br />outside diameter floor area for multiple family housing in the R-5 <br />District, and to include Townhouses, quadriminiums and condominiums, <br />shall be as follows: <br />4 Bedroom - 1,425 sq. ft. <br />3 Bedroom - 1,300 sq. ft. <br />2 Bedroom - 1,175 sq. ft. <br />SECTION 5. MULTIPLE FAMILY (P.U.D.) PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />DISTRICT. The minimum outside diameter floor area for the Planned <br />Unite t Development (P.U.D.) Multiple Housing District shall be as follows: <br />4 Bedroom - 1,425 sq. ft. <br />3 Bedroom 1,300 sq. ft. <br />2,Bedroom - 1,175 sq. ft. <br />1 Bedroom - 700 sq. ft. <br />SECTION 6. MINIMUM CEILING HEIGHTS. The minimum ceiling <br />heights of all dwelling units in all districts shall be as follows: <br />A. Basement - 7'6", exclusive of hallways, bathroom and <br />storage areas. <br />B. Main floor - 8'. <br />C. Upper floors, above the main floor - 7'6". <br />SECTION 7. MINIMUM ROOM AREA. The minimum liveable area of <br />all rooms of all dwelling units, except bathrooms, kitchens or utility <br />rooms shall be 100 sq. ft. <br />SECTION 8. APPLICABILITY. All of the foregoing shall apply <br />in the District or Districts as designated and to any such housing <br />allowed in any other District in the Village. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, Ordinance No. 56 shall stand and be <br />in full force and effect as initially adopted. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the Village Council this 12th day of June, 1972, <br />ATTEST: <br />William I, Bohja en, Mayor <br />June L EMerton+ <br />Clerk -Treasurer <br />
