PRIVATE PUMP CAPACITY <br />GALLONS PER MINUTE AT <br />PRESSURE OF 40 POUNDS <br />PER SQUARE INCH <br />EQUIVALENT WATER <br />SERVICE METER SIZE <br />0-10 5/8" <br />11-30 3/4" <br />31-50 1" <br />51-75 14" <br />76-100 1 2" <br />101-160 2" <br />161-300 3" <br />301-500 4" <br />(3) In respect to property which shall be connected with the <br />Village sewer system for the discharge and disposal of other residen- <br />tial, commercial or industrial sewage waste, or any waste unusual <br />in either character or amount, then in addition to all applicable <br />charges hereunder, the Village Council reserves the right to impose <br />such supplemental sewage rate charge as said Village Council shall <br />determine as reasonable and warranted on the basis of all relevant <br />factors. <br />(B) Statements for sewer rental charges for the preceding <br />quarterly period shall be mailed to each customer on or before the <br />5th day of January, April, July and October of each year. Said <br />statements shall be due and payable to the Village Clerk -Treasurer <br />on or before the last day of the month following the quarterly period <br />covered by said statement. There shall be added to all statements, <br />not paid by the last of the month following the quarterly period <br />covered by said statement, a penalty charge of $1.00 for each quarter <br />or fraction paid after the due date. <br />(C) Any amounts due hereunder for sewer charges may be collected <br />in an action brought for that purpose in the name of the Village; <br />or the Village Clerk -Treasurer may certify to the County Auditor the <br />amounts due for sewer charges, including penalty, together with the <br />legal description of the premises served and the County Auditor shall <br />thereupon enter such amount with the tax levy on said premises <br />collectible with the taxes for the next ensuing year. <br />SECTION 15. Penalties and Enforcement. Any person guilty of <br />violating any provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a <br />misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine <br />of not to exceed $100.00 or by imprisonment in the county jail for <br />a period not to exceed ninety (90) days, or by both. <br />SECTION 16. Any provisions of any Village Ordinance previously <br />adopted which are in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />
