ORDINANCE NO. 61 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE OF PUBLIC PARKS AND PUBLIC <br />GROUNDS IN THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA; <br />PROVIDING FOR ENFORCEMENT AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE <br />VIOLATION OF ITS PROVISIONS. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, does ordain as follows: <br />SECTION 1. DEFINITIONS. <br />1. Public Parks and Public Grounds, when used herein, <br />shall mean any real property owned or leased by the City of <br />Lino Lakes. <br />2. City, shall mean the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br />3. Vehicle, shall mean any vehicle conveyance, whether <br />motor powered, animal drawn, or self-propelled. The term shall <br />include any trailer in tow of any size, kind or description. <br />Exception is made for baby carriages and vehicles in the service <br />of the City. <br />SECTION 2. REMOVING, DEFACING OR DESTROYING PROPERTY <br />PROHIBITED. <br />No person shall remove, deface, destroy, diminish or <br />impair the value of public property located on or within any <br />Public Park or Public Grounds located in the City, including <br />buildings, structures, trees, shrubs, grass, vegetation, signs, <br />tables, benches, fireplaces, trash receptacles, notices or plac- <br />ards, boundary markers or fences, or any other public property <br />either real or personal. <br />SECTION 3. ERECTION OF STRUCTURES. <br />No person shall construct or erect any tent, building or <br />structure of any kind, whether permanent or temporary in character, <br />or run or string any public service utility into, upon or across <br />any Public Park or Public Grounds, except with a special written <br />permit issued by the City Clerk -Treasurer, after prior City Council <br />approval. <br />SECTION 4. LITTERING. <br />No person shall litter or cast or allow to remain any <br />rubbish or trash of any kind or nature in or about any City Public <br />Park or Public Grounds. <br />
