SECTION 5. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. No person shall possess, display, consume or use intoxi- cating liquor on any City Public Park or Public Grounds. No person shall possess, display, consume or use non -intoxicating malt liquor in any City Park or Public Grounds except in desig- nated picnic areas approved by the City Council. SECTION 6. VEHICLE TRAFFIC. Vehicles shall be driven or parked only in designated areas on any City Public Park of Public Grounds and shall be driven therein at a maximum speed of 5 miles per hour. SECTION 7. PUBLIC PARK AND PUBLIC GROUNDS HOURS. No person, except authorized City personnel shall enter or be in or remain in any City Public Park or Public Grounds between the hours of 10:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M., except by special written consent of the City Clerk -Treasurer, after prior City Council approval. SECTION 8. OVERNIGHT PARKING OR OCCUPANCY. Overnight parking or occupancy within any City Public Park or Public Grounds is prohibited. SECTION 9. OPEN FIRES PROHIBITED. No person shall build a fire in any place in any City Public Park or Public Grounds, at any time, except in fire- places or receptacles provided therein by the City. SECTION 10. WASHING OF VEHICLES. No person shall wash any vehicle on any City Public Park or Public Grounds. SECTION 11. DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS. No person, except law officers in the discharge of their duties, shall discharge any firearms on any City Park or City Grounds, at any time. "Firearm" shall include b-b guns, sling shots, air rifles and bows and arrows and any variation thereof. SECTION 12. SALE OF ARTICLES. No person shall sell any articles or solicit for the sale thereof, on any City Public Park or Public Grounds. SECTION 13. POSTING SIGNS AND PLACARDS. No person shall paste, glue, tack or otherwise post any sign, placard, advertisement or inscription, whatsoever the same
