SECTION 22. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or <br />phrase of this Ordinance is, for any reason, held to be invalid, such <br />decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the Ordinance. <br />SECTION 23. Changes and Revisions of this Ordinance can be done <br />by Council REsolution. <br />SECTION 24. This Ordinance shall be effective upon adoption and <br />publication as provided by law. <br />Passed this 9th day of September 1974,byytheoCity Council of the <br />City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />ATTEST: <br />William I.
