-7 ORDINANCE NO. 57C CITY OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PORTIONS AND REPEALING A PORTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 57B, PASSED BY THE THEN VILLAGE COUNCIL ON AUGUST 13, 1973, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 57A, PASSED BY THE THEN VILLAGE COUNCIL ON DECEMBER 26, 1972. The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, ordains as follows: SECTION 1 The portion of section I, numbered 2, entitled Establishment of Charges, of Ordinance No. 57B, of the City of Lino Lakes, passed by the then Village Council on August 13, 1973, which added Section 14-2 to Ordinance No. 57, passed by the then Village Council on December 18, 1972, wherein same states: "The charge for each building or structure shall be equal to the number of units of sewage volume which it will discharge, multiplied by $275 for 1973, $300 for 1974, $325 for 1975, $350 for 1976 and $375 for 1977." is hereby amended so that same shall be as follows: The charge for each building or structure shall be equal to the number of units of sewage volume which it will discharge multiplied by such sum as shall be charged, assessed or established by the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission at the time of the issuance of a building permit or a connection permit, as the case may be, for payment of the costs of reserve capacity to the Metro - poll ..a. e CWt1 Commission. In addition thereto, to cover the costs to the City of Lino Lakes for inspections, clerical work, contingencies and hook up fee from the building exterior to the property line, each applicant shall pay the sum of $75.00 multiplied by such number of units of sewage volume; which sum shall also be paid to the City of Lino Lakes at the time of issuance of a building permit or a connection permit, as the case may be.
