L <br />SECTION 2 <br />Clauses (b) and (c) of said SECTION I, under said portions <br />thereof numbered 2, of said Ordinance No. 57B, shall be amended <br />so that same shall be as follows: <br />(b) Condominiums and apartments shall each comprise <br />one unit; <br />(c) Mobile homes shall each comprise one unit. <br />SECTION 3 <br />That portion of SECTION I of said Ordinance No. 57B, <br />numbered 4, is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 4 <br />In all places in said Ordinance No. 57B wherein the <br />name "Metropolitan Sewer Board" is used same shall be amended <br />to be "Metropolitan Waste Control Commission". <br />SECTION 5 <br />Save as herein amended, Ordinance No. 57B shall stand <br />and be in full force and effect as passed. <br />SECTION 6 <br />Ordinance No. 57A, passed by the then Village Council on <br />December 26, 1972, is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 7 <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after its passage and publication according to the law. <br />Passed by the City Council this 12th day of July, 1976. <br />Edna L.
