ORDINANCE NO. 26A <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 26, PASSED BY THE THEN VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL ON JULY'25, 1960, BY ADDING SECTION 1A, DEFINING THE WORDS <br />ANIMALS, FOWL AND HOUSEHOLD PETS AND BY ADDING A SECTION THERETO <br />PROHIBITING NUISANCES. <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, ordains: <br />SECTION I <br />Ordinance No. 26, of the City of Lino Lakes, passed by the then <br />Village Council on July 25, 1960, is hereby amended by adding thereto <br />the following: <br />SECTION lA DEFINITIONS. <br />When used in this ordinance, the following terms shall be assigned the <br />following meanings: <br />ANIMALS -Shall mean and include horses, mules, donkeys, cattle, sheep, <br />goats, pigs, rabbits, skunks, fox, racoons, mink and other similar <br />animate beings which are endowed with the power of voluntary motion. <br />FOWL Shall mean and include all birds of any kind, including poultry, <br />chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, pigeons, gallinaceous birds, and other <br />similar birds. <br />HOUSEHOLD PETS - Shall mean and include those animals and fowl ordinarily <br />kept as pets, such as dogs, cats, skunks, rabbits, racoons and similar <br />animals and such as canaries, chickens, ducks, pigeons and similar <br />birds, but shall not include horses, mules, donkeys, cattle, sheep, <br />goats or pigs. <br />
