ORDINANCE NO. 61 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE OF PUBLIC PARKS AND PUBLIC GROUNDS <br />IN THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: PROVIDING FOR ENFORCE_ <br />MENT AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF ITS PROVISIONS. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, does ordain as follows: <br />SECTION 1. DEFINITIONS. <br />1. Public Parks and Public Grounds, when used herein, shall <br />mean any real property owned or leased by the City of <br />Lino Lakes. <br />2. City shall mean the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />3. Vehicle, shall mean any vehicle conveyance, whether motor <br />powered, animal drawn, or self-propelled. The term shall <br />include any trailer in tow of any size, kind or description. <br />Exception is made for baby carriages and vehicles in the <br />service of the City. <br />SECTION 2. REMOVING, DEFACING OR DESTROYING PROPERTY PROHIBITED. <br />No person shall remove, deface, destroy, diminish or impair the <br />value of public property located on or within any Public Park or Public <br />Grounds located in the City, including buildings, structures, trees, <br />shrubs, grass, vegetation; signs, tables, benches, fireplaces, trash <br />receptacles, notices or placards, boL:idary markers or fences, er any <br />other public property either real or personal. <br />SECTION 3. ERECTION OF STRUCTURES. <br />No person shall construct or erect any tent, building or <br />E:-;-ructure or any kind, whether permanent or temporary in character, or run <br />.w string any public service utilityinto, upon or across any Public Park or <br />Public Grounds, except with a special written peroit issued by the City <br />Clerk -Treasurer, after prior City Council approval. <br />SECTION 4. Ll? TERS'G. <br />No person shall iitrer or cast or allow to remain any rubSish <br />or trash of any kind or nature in or about any City Public Park or Public <br />Grounds. <br />SECTION 5. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. <br />No person shall possess, display, consume or use intoxicating <br />liquor on any City Public Park or Public Grounds. No person shall possess, <br />display, consume or use non -intoxicating malt liquor in any City Park or <br />
