-2- <br />Public Grounds except in designated picnic areas approved by the City <br />Council. <br />SECTION 6. VEHICLE TRAFFIC. <br />Vehicles shall be driven or parked only in designated areas <br />on any City Public Park or Public Grounds and shall be driven therein at a <br />maximum speed of 5 miles per hour. <br />SECTION 7. PUBLIC PARK AND PUBLIC GROUNDS HOURS. <br />No person, except authorized City Personnel shall enter or be in <br />or remain in any City Public Park or Public Grounds between the hours of <br />10:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M., except by special written consent of the City <br />Clerk -Treasurer, after prior City Council approval. <br />SECTION 8. OVERNIGHT PARKING OR OCCUPANCY. <br />Overnight parking or occupancy within any City Public Park or <br />Public Grounds is prohibited. <br />SECTION 9. OPEN FIRES PROHIBITED. <br />No person shall build a fire in any place in any City Public <br />Park or Public Grounds, at any time, except in fireplaces or receptacles <br />provided therein by the City. <br />SECTION 10. WASHING OF VEHICLES. <br />No person shall wash any vehicle on any City Public Park or <br />Public Grounds. <br />SECTION 11. DISCHARGE CF FIREARMS. <br />No person, except law officers in the discharge of their duties, <br />shall discharge any firearms on any city park of city grounds, at any <br />time. "Firearm" shall include B-B Guns, Sling Shots, Air rifles, Bows & <br />Arrows and any variation thereof-. <br />SECTION 12. SAL OF ARTICLES. <br />No person shall sell any articles or solicit for the sale thereof, <br />on any City Public Park or b i i c Grounds. <br />SECTION 13. POWN1 SIGNS AND PLACARDS. <br />No persona shall paste, glue, tack or otherwise post any sign, <br />placard, advertisement or inscription, whatsoever the same may be, on <br />any City Public Park or Public Grounds, without the prior written permission <br />ur the City Clerk -Treasurer, after prior approval of the City Council. <br />
