-3- SECTION 14, RIDING OF HORSES AND OTHER ANIMALS. No person shall ride a horse or any other animal on any City Public Park or Public Grounds except on designated trails or paths. SECTION 15. UNATTENDED ANIMALS. No person shall allow any animal, of any sort, to go unattended or without physical restraint in any City Public Park or Public Grounds. SECTION 16, BOISTEROUS, PROFANE OR INDECENT LANGUAGE, CONDUCT AND ATTIRE. No personashall emit or use abusive, boisterous, profane or indecent language, engage in such conduct as listed in this Section, wear any attire as listed in this Section, or place or carry any placards or signs as listed in this Section in any City Public Park or Public Grounds. SECTION 17. CLIMBING OF TREES AND ON BUILDINGS. No person shall climb any trees or climb on any building or structure in any City Public Park or Public Grounds. SECTION 18. PC3 JNG OF AREAS. The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, shall have the :authority to determine, from time to time, the areas of any City Public Nark and Puhiic Grounds, in which other activities and conduct not amenable io efficient operation of such park or public grounds, shall be prohibited nd shall pest appropriate signs to notify persons thereof. SECTION 19. DPI:NKEDNESS . No person shall enter or be upon any City Public Park or Public Grounds while under the influence of arty i r1 tex i cats ng liquor or 3.2% >Fer or malt liquor. SECTION 20. SECTION 21. VAR' AW7e:S . Variances to the strict application of this Ordinance may be Granted only by the City Cot nc i and only in unusual circumstances. No- thing herein shall prohibit the normal care, operation or functions of the City or its authorized agents in or on any City Public Park or Public grounds.
