ORDINANCE NO. 69 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 56, OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, <br />PASSED BY THE THEN VILLAGE COUNCIL ON JULY 26, 1971, AND AFFECTING <br />THE USE, OCCUPANCY, PARKING OR STORAGE OF MOBILE HOMES, TRAVEL <br />TRAILERS, MOTOR HOMES, CAMPERS AND SIMILAR VEHICLES AND ITEMS IN <br />THE CITY OF LINO LAKES. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, ordains: <br />SECTION I <br />Ordinance No. 56, of the City of Lino Lakes, passed by <br />the then Village Council on July 26, 1971, is hereby amended by <br />adding to Section 4.11 thereof the following: <br />In addition to the foregoing requirement that all mobile <br />homes shall be located in an approved mobile home park, occupancv <br />or use by living in, sleeping in, use for office, business, <br />industrial, manufacturing, testing or storage of items used with <br />or in a business or commercial or industrial enterprise is hereby <br />prohibited in or on any mobile home, travel trailer, motor home, <br />camper or similar vehicle or item within the City of Lino Lakes; <br />such travel trailers, motor homes, campers or similar vehicles or <br />items may be only parked or stored on residential sites when used <br />for recreational purposes by the family residing in the dwelling <br />on such site and such vehicles or items shall have affixed thereto <br />current registration or license plates if and as required by law <br />and shall be stored so that same shall meet all side, front and <br />rear yard set back requirements of the Residential Section of this <br />Ordinance and such parking or storage shall otherwise meet all other <br />
