requirements of any other City Ordinances and any State Laws. None <br />of such parked or stored vehicles or items shall be connected to <br />any water or sewage disposal system on said residential property <br />where same is so parked or stored. <br />SECTION II <br />Temporary parking and occupancy of one recreational vehicle <br />per residential parcel shall be allowed for non-residents of Lino <br />Lakes fo.r a maximum of a 48 hour period in any one year if such <br />parking and occupancy otherwise complies herewith. Any such <br />occupancy, beyond 48 hours, for a total maximum period of 30 days, <br />shall be only upon notification to the City Police Chief or his <br />designated representative; a second 30 day period shall be granted <br />by the Police Chief or his designated representative. Any such <br />occupancy as stated in this paragraph shall be only for noncom- <br />mercial use with no fee paid to the land owner, occupant or renter. <br />SECTION III <br />Save as herin amended said Ordinance No. 56 shall stand <br />and be effective as originally passed and as previously amended. <br />SECTION IV <br />This Ordinance shall be effective upon adoption and <br />publication according to law. <br />Passed by the City Council this 8th day of May, 1978. <br />?T�ESfis <br />na L.
