SECTION 3. <br />That save as hereby amended, such Ordinance No. 31, of the then <br />Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, so passed by the <br />then Village Council on March 25, 1963, shall stand and be effective <br />as passed and previously amended except that Ordinance No. 31-A is <br />hereby repealed. <br />Passed by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, this 29th day <br />.of May, 1979. <br />/s/ Harvey F.
